The maximum delivery time for your jewellery will be stated at the point of ordering. This is up to 5 days for stock items, up to 3 weeks for made to order items and up to 4 weeks for gold and diamond jewellery. Generally delivery will be much faster than this and if you have a deadline to meet it is sometimes possible to send items within a few days, so do ask.
All items are sent in plain packaging by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and will need to be signed for.
If you have not received an item please contact us so we can track it, make a claim to Royal Mail if necessary, and replace your jewellery if it has been lost by Royal Mail.
You are welcome to pay by cheque, but this will add 5 days to the delivery time for the cheque to clear.
You may return items in the Melt Me, Anthology and Multiflora collections, for any reason, within 7 days and in perfect, re-saleable condition, with the exception of earrings for hygiene reasons, and rings made to size. (See below about ordering rings).
Your refund will be minus the postage costs. Please return items by special delivery. We will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
Items from the Orbit, Rolling Rocks or Precious collections are non-refundable, unless faulty, as they are made to order. If faulty, the jewellery will be replaced or repaired free of charge and you will be refunded the return postage costs.
You must endeavour to order the correct ring size to the nearest half size.
All rings are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty, in which case the ring will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Please have your finger measured by a professional jeweller when you hands are not too hot or too cold. Alternatively you can send us a ring of yours that fits and we can make one to the same size
If you have ordered the incorrect size we can re-size the ring for you at the charge stated when ordering (usually £15 or more if additional gold needs to be added). The price includes postage, but you must return the ring for resizing by special delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost in the post.
The only rings that cannot be resized are B7 and B8 in the Orbit collection.
Sending a Gift
We offer a free gift-wrapping service, which can contain a message if you would like.
However we cannot post items to a different address than that registered to the credit card used. It is possible to send to another address if you have paid by cheque but it will add 5 extra days to the delivery time for the cheque to clear.
I f you want to give a ring as a surprise gift and do not know the size, we can send you a ring from the Melt Me or Multiflora collections in an average size, which can later be resized free of charge plus £5 postage. The silver diamond-set rings can also be sent to you in an average size without the diamonds, and later returned to be re-sized and set.
